レ・クレドールは1929年10月26日にフランスで設立されたホテルコンシェルジュのプロフェッショナルなネットワーク組織です。
“Service Through Friendship“をモットーに、同じ志を持った世界中の仲間たちが、知恵や知識・情報を集結し、励まし合い助け合いながらより良いサービスをお客様に提供すべく活動をしています。
制服の両襟に着用している黄金の鍵、ゴールデンキーは世界共通のメンバーのしるしです。誇りと責任を襟に纏い、ホテルのコンシェルジュデスクで日々お客様をお迎えしています。
新型コロナウィルスの影響により大変もどかしく長い時期を乗り越え、また多くのお客様をお迎えすることが出来ていることに喜びを感じております。
昨今はSNSやインターネットで気軽に旅の情報を得ることが出来る便利な時代となった半面、情報過多となり混乱することも多く、信頼のできる情報とネットワークを持つコンシェルジュが担う役割は今後益々重要になると信じております。

Les Clefs d’Or is a professional association of hotel concierges that was established in France in 1929.
Under the motto of “Service Through Friendship,” members from all over the world share the same spirit of service, working together to provide impeccable, personalized service to all of our guests.
The crossed keys on the lapels of our members’ uniforms are a symbol of service excellence. At concierge desks across the world, we wear our sense of pride and responsibility on our lapels as we welcome guests to our hotels.
After a long and difficult period for the hotel industry due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are delighted to be able to welcome travelers back to our hotels.
While travel advice is more easily accessible than ever, the sheer volume of information online can be confusing and overwhelming. As our guests resume their search for incredible travel experiences, the role of concierges as a trustworthy source of information is becoming ever more important.
We invite travelers from all over the world to use us as their local ambassador. For every guest, we aim to open the door to the unique charms of Japan and provide a level of Japanese hospitality that only Les Clefs d’Or Concierges can offer.
